The Delphi Economic Forum, the Council of International Relations and TO VIMA newspaper, with great pleasure announce the 3rd two-day Conference “Athens Policy Dialogues” on the theme of “Europe in Danger”. The Conference will take place at the King George Hotel, Syntagma  Square, Athens, on Monday-Tuesday, December 7 & 8, 2026.

At the threshold of the pivotal year 2027—marked by critical European elections and the upcoming Greek Presidency of the Council of the EU—Europe stands at a historic crossroads, facing a new era of transactional politics, populism, and global economic rivalry. To secure its future, the continent must rapidly translate "strategic autonomy" into action by building a robust European defense, securing energy and digital resilience, and advancing key EU enlargements. The Conference brings together leading policymakers, global thinkers, and business leaders to forge a practical roadmap for a resilient, competitive, and united Europe capable of navigating the geopolitical shifts of 2027 and beyond.
